A smaller leadership team sets the overall direction of implementation through the completion of the following series of activities:
+ Select the initial Scope/Focus area,
+ Establish Team Structures,
+ Identify Market Channels and Share,
+ Perform Competitor Benchmark Analysis,
+ Establish Business Scorecard Measures,
+ Investigate company's ERP system uses,
+ Identify Future Critical Competitive Advantages,
+ Review Roadmap for Transformation
**Later in the roadmap is EAP II - Accelerating Integration, EAP III - Preparing for Growth
"After this session with all of my key leaders, I finally understood the why of where we were and where we needed to go. It gave our team the missing pieces of our vision for innovation and significant growth."
 - CEO, CTIMI - Dr. Ron Nutt

"After the EAP, many of us had trouble sleeping from thinking about the possibilities of our future. It began a much bigger vision for the new Bailey. This session will dramatically change the future perspective of any leader."
