Lean Transformation Project Summary
Bailey is a custom, hydraulic cylinder designer and manufacturer. From cylinders 18 feet long that open cargo ship doors to 1 foot with electronics. Growth was the primary driver at Bailey but systems, product design and global supply chain variation was in the way.
Bailey has been applauded for bringing, 'Made in USA', back to Tennessee and continues to grow every day. 36 months after this project, they were acquired for 2.5X the the previous value.
