The Transformation Roadmap

Executive Advanced Planning (EAP)- 2 Day Event
Day One, we educate executive and future leaders on the concepts of business transformation through experiential learning, and introduce them to some of the tools and operational methods involved in implementation. Day 2, we move on to Building the Business Case for Transformation. A smaller leadership team sets the overall direction of implementation through the completion of the following series of activities:

+  Select the initial Scope/Focus area, 
+  Establish Team Structures, 
+  Identify Market Channels and Share,
+  Perform Competitor Benchmark Analysis,
+  Establish Business Scorecard Measures,
+  Investigate company's ERP system uses, 
+  Identify Future Critical Competitive Advantages,
+  Review Roadmap for Transformation 

**Later in the roadmap is EAP II - Accelerating Integration, EAP III - Preparing for Growth

To create a common lexicon in which a group can begin to work and dream together, there must be a bridge between reality and imagination. That bridge is SLEGO Industries. It provides the opportunity to explore simple and complex ideas and experience the benefits and consequences before anything is actually changed in an organization. With good leadership, systems and processes, many organizations figure out how to work together, however, it is only the greatest that work and dream together.


Over 5,000 people in six different languages have experienced the power of the Transformation Simulator. It is the most innovative, hands-on, educational simulation of its kind. Everyone that participates gets a new job in a company called SLEGO Industries. From the CEO to the employees in the fabrication department, all are needed to make the monthly goals and objectives. For advanced, custom simulations, we also have a CFO, Purchasing and Suppliers. We even break out an ERP system called, snOracle.
